I have no faith in this housing group and they never reply to their phone messages or their emails. Very unprofessional people. And the worst thing is they are prioritising migrants for properties. Local people are being overlooked. This is a disgrace. Holly Watkinson is useless. And I hear that migrants are being prioritised for housing!

The staff dont have a clue what their doing .. repairs arnt delt with accurately . Staff are horrible

About as useful as a chocolate fireguard, still waiting on replies to messages I sent them 2 years ago even after repeatedly trying to contact

Great place, I now have a flat to call home, ots inn a quite area of Blackpool.As far as repairs go, I haven't experienced any issues , I call up they give a date and time, they turn up.

Very friendly place,,staff extremely friendly and helpful, knowledgeable.

Only complaint is delay in appointing services. That hasn't changed in over 3 + years. Staff are always smiling down the line , and repairers are friendly and efficient.

Awful company that make any excuse not to come out and fix your problems at your place of residence and, like other companies, use the pandemic as an excuse. Their receptionists are clueless and don't know what job they're doing. Yet if you owe them rent, even if its a very small amount, they will hound you with phone calls and letters, and will treat you like a criminal. They should be shut down and their powers should be given to the Council, who would do a better job.

Very rude staffTheir attitude toward potential tenants is ridiculous and they are rude they say no one is in can talk to you their all out but you can clearly see them in there talking to each other laughing drinking coffee including someone you need to talk to as you've met them before and they say if you need anything ask for me and yet the receptionist says she's outRecently my mum was the only one interested in a property it said it was adapted and she stood a good chance of getting it this week however it's re-advertised as not adapted another time I bidded for said it had a shower and acessable bathroom there was nothing of the sorts and supposed to be close to town again wasnt took 20 mins walk and viewed it on fri they wanted all the references I had to print off their form all in the office by Monday and it was mine otherwise they'd re-advertise they don't give you a chance I would not recommend thankfully something better cane along for me but for my mum who is more disabled and they don't take into consideration her medical needs isn't so fortunate as is limited to what she can bid for I think they should get done for false advertising and disabled discrimination
