Not surprised to read from the other reviews that the receptionist is very rude as both times that I called to try and confirm a timing of the engineers visit I struggled to get a word in edge ways as she continually talked over me and was only interested in telling me what was convenient for the engineer and clearly couldn’t care less as to what was important for my family.In the end I gave up trying to talk to her after listening to her tell me that it was a long way for the engineer to have to drive from his previous appointment in Ventnor all the way to Newport!Engineer was incapable of fixing the first time, was called out a week later to then tell us that we need to wait a further week to order the parts that he knew he needed in the first place.We have now been without a washing machine for 3 weeks whilst being a family of 5 but AC Services definitely do no care about that.

Luke came to look at our tumble drier that was smoking. He took time and care to pull the machine apart methodically, explaining the functions to me as he did so. He meticulously checked and re-checked everything. He then put it all back together professionally even though it is beyond help (as we suspected). He gave good advice, was calm, kind, helpful and polite. A real credit to the company. I will use this service in the future without hesitation.

First visit they didn't turn up on the day that they were scheduled, so I had to take more time away from work. They then needed a part to fix it, when that arrived weeks later the engineer came and fitted it and said it can be used but we still need another part. So I used it and funnily enough, it still didn't work. It has now been written off, but the screws for the integrated door have been completely rounded off so the collection that was due today cannot take place. Although 2 engineers have has the door on and off, apparently it is down to the poor fitting. Funny how they've managed to get it on and off using electric screwdrivers but now it's my problem. Luke, the 'engineer' was extremely unhelpful, unprofessional and unbelievably rude on the phone. He told me not to use the company again, and that they would never send an engineer to help again. That was the best news I heard.Steer well clear!!!!

Very helpful and knowledgeable engineer, Colin, came out to help with setting instructions on a new dishwasher, turns out the instruction booklet was wrong and Colin helpfully cleared the issues up.

They we really friendly helpful and on time. They fixed it quickly and with no issue and were so happy and helpful with the repair. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for domestic appliance support.

A C Services helped me out after another Island engineer messed up big time. They were very pleasant, efficient and competent. The wrongs already charged for by someone else were put right at half the price with no up front charges. We did have to wait a little while for an appointment but wished we had done that in the first place. Thank you AC.

We had a problem with our freezer and it was covered on insurance. AC Services came out and the engineer, Colin, was very patient, friendly and helpful and gave us some great advice. Would definitely recommend.

Our Neff oven steam function failed, which shut down the oven completely. Neff do not have their own engineers on the IoW. Neff gave us details of a company in Cowes who they use for repairs. That company refused to attend nor even have the decency to call, just cancelled the online booking.I was given the details of A C Services who attended and spent a considerable amount of time trying to get the oven to have basic functions but the Neff software would not allow it. The engineer, Colin, correctly diagnosed the faulty part and ordered it. He later returned and fitted the part all for a very reasonable price. He was very professional and friendly, fully explaining the position at every stage.I thoroughly recommend A C Services.
