Kwik Fit - Stockton-On-Tees
Visited last Sunday (06/08/23) for an emergency repair. Arrived at 14:00, closed at 16:00.No cars in the garage and the two workers were sweeping the bay floors. Earliest they could do was Monday morning at 10am.Living in Norton there is 4 other garages on my journey to not so Kwik Fit, thankfully DLT tyres provided a quick and effective repair by 9am Monday morning.

The staff are friendly, they explain clearly what the problem was. The cost was good so they DID NOT over charge me so I would recomend Kwik Fit on Stockton-on-Tees

I booked my car in Kwik Fit (Stockton) on Thursday 22nd August at 9.30am for a replacement tyre and drove away at 10am, very quick turnaround and a great service.I've been using Kwik Fit now for over 15 years and never had a problem, guys are always helpful even when rushed off their feet which is all the time.Booked my car in on the 25th October 2023 to get 4 Pilot Sport 5s fitted to new Oz 18 rims

Kwik Fit - Stockton-On-Tees
First time using kwik fit. I've got to say, I'm very impressed. My car was rattling and they located the problem straight away. Even showed me where the problem was and talked me through what they would do to fix it. Needed a new exhaust. Said they could do it the same day and it would be ready in a couple hours. Came by after work to see my car ready for me. I didn't get the name of the guy I dealt with but he was such a nice guy. Put me at ease straightaway and even went out of his way to make conversation. Top customer service. Will be using you again when my mot comes up in September. Will also be recommending you to all my friends. Thanks again!

Generally I have always been satisfied at Kwik fit, it was the first time I have visited Stockton branch and it was the best service ever. 2 new tyres all done much faster than I expected and for the best price around.

A late cancellation meant the guys were able to carry out work at short notice. They were considerate with the vehicle and efficient also.Good communication all round.
