Just been down to showroom and found a lovely sofa I was interested in. However due to the fact I was in my work clothes the sales team didn't seem interested and one actually walked past me to serve another couple. Should I have to get changed to buy a sofa?

Expensive store but a good variety. Best customer service experience I ever had. Sales team from every department greets you with such a smile and ask if we need any help. Specially Adelaide was been really helpful in showing us the sofa materials and colour options. She was very quick in sending us the design of our room. Thanks Adelaide

Quality furniture at a price, good range and it will last. Bought dining table with stools, made of real wood and heavy. Looks the part and use it daily.

Nice if a little bland store on the ground floor of the red brick mill. Like a modern habitat, or an expensive IKEA.Nothing massive original, all very 'current' in terms of furniture and accessories.Middle of the road as far as design and price. The odd gem.

I thought this would be a great experience with the variety of brands. The experience was a little dull and lifeless and in some cases the knowledge from the staff regarding their products was poor.Worst experience from the Design Quarter. Found the staff to be uninterested, little knowledge, and generally unhelpful…..that’s when you had actually tracked them down to assist. Would have purchased had it not been for the poor service which set the tone for what may come.
