AVOID!We brought our woodburner from here a few months ago a beautiful cream ashcott, we thought we were doing right by purchasing locally from a small family run business. how wrong were we! Awful service no customer care what so ever the husband was so rude no small business customer appreciation at all ! Our fire paint bubbled and chipped off after first lighting (we followed the instructions and have always owned log burners) we contacted them for help we got none, no compensation, no apology in fact they stopped replying until i walked into store ! we got a very disgruntled response of we will fix your fire - i rather he didnt bother as he came to repaint and its honestly the worst job ive every seen he has missed patches, got paint over our whole fireplace the flue its shocking. I messaged regarding this and have to this date no response and i doubt i will hear from them again. ive received no good will gesture nothing! i would 100% AVOID spend your hard earned money elsewhere !! im so very disappointed.

Don't buy from here, customer service is non existence, but if you do then don't pay upfront and get your installation date in writing, this is from my experience, I got a full refund after quoting the 1983 consumer goods act.

Having replacement 904 liner, plus new chimney cowling etc to existing multi-fuel woodstove. So far all information and quote very fair.

I can not recommend this company enoughAfter having what I would call a rouge builder fit a log burner in my house which could of easily set my house on fire,they came in assessed the situation and a gave a reasonable quote and spent 3days putting right all the damage that had been previously madeI now have a well fitted log burner that is safe,they were polite,clean and tidy and very helpfulThank you from the bottom of my heart to charlsetown woodburners and fires

EXCELLENT | KNOWLEDGEABLE | TENACIOUS | FIRST CLASSLike everyone else we hoped our fiiting would be simple easy and quick, not on your life. Geoff, Ryan and Martin went above and beyond to see this fitting through. Everything that could have gone wrong did, but these guys hung in and saw the project through, what shoud have been completed in a day, took the best part of three due to the state of our chimney. They never gave up and did a fantastic job and we now have a shiny new Multi Fuel burner ready to go, thanks guys. We were not quite happy with the fitting so they came back and re positioned the Stove so that it was exactly as we wanted it to be. We got a fair price considering the extra work and the extra mile these guys had to go, couldn't recommend them more, THANK YOU!

We recently had a log burner installed and we are over the moon. The installation was quick, very professional and well finished. The chaps that came to complete the installation were all very friendly and respectful of our home. I am so glad that we shopped locally. Very happy customer.

Came in with my mum who left very upset after the rudeness of the women. Avoid this place at all costs. The rude lady serving refused to pay the full refund Of items returned despite initially being told to return if not correct/ or needed. She kept 20 % saying it was a charge Soo rude. No customer service. Prior to this never replied to phone calls. She really was very unhelpful
