Great place to live for students. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance are spot on whenever there is an issue, always quick to fix anything. Flats, rooms and facilities are all spot on. 10/10

Very clean and modern student accomodation just the job for my son. Own room shared nice living room / kitchen. Very secure parking and access. I could live there myself.

I do not recommend this place at all the only good thing about it is probably its location and its staff thats it. The majority of people who live here are crack heads. You cant breath proper air near here if you do you might get mistakenly high. Theres only 2 washing machines and two dryers, the walls are so thin you cant even sleep properly. Never buy a bike if you do dont ask why its gotten stolen. There is no security here so anyone can enter and leave. People who live here think they are in the movie High school musical or whatever its called, having a party every day. The reason why they say uk has pollution is because the people who live in weston court. Thank you.

I've lived here for 3 years of uni. The staff and maintenance team have always been exceptionally kind and helpful. My overall experience of living here has been laid back and really enjoyable. I would highly recommend this accommodation to any student looking for somewhere to live! It's cheap and it's in a good location close to several parks and shops. The WiFi is good and the security has been increased since previous years.

If big rooms with small flat prices in the heart of fallowfield is what you are looking for this place is great. However since new management has taken over their is little to no security, with the front gates constantly broken, the ill lit road leading up to it, 5 bikes and a laptops stolen last year, even a Holmes’s guy coming in and stealing peoples washing. Hopefully in 2018/19 this will improve. I should know thanks to the gate being open my bike was stolen and I couldn’t even get compensation.

Really disliked it here, reception is supposed to be available mon-fri 9-5, barely open, though they're helpful when in. The bins constantly overflowing, which inevitably led to rats. The maintenance team was okay but my particular flat faced numbers issues in the 3 months of residency. I had to move out as it was distressing for my mental health. Took 2 months for a refund to be processed.

Horrible experience. I was looking to book a room, and I was contacting the student care team. They were very rude and arrogant over the phone. Would not respond to the emails on time as well. I was looking forward to moving in, but looking at the way they treat their prospective tenants, I decided to move someplace else.

Terrible accomodation. Will not return my full deposit even though the flat was left clean and had no damage when I left. I would recommend a more reputable company for sure than living here. The hot water barely worked in my flat this year and the Wi-Fi was terrible, both reported but none fixed. Avoid at all costs. They won't even reply to emails or answer the phone. A shambles of a company who clearly care more about money than the students that love there.

The flats are really nice sized and for its price and location I think its a really good option. The staff has been really helpful.The only negative thing is that walls are thin and you can hear a lot of things but overall a good experience

Terrible accommodation - they ask for a deposit at the start of year (which in all the uni accommodation I have ever stayed in is a fee which on checkout is refunded unless there are any damages or faults) but NO, they KEEP IT and say it’s an ‘admin fee’ well isn’t that funny because they’ve not done a thing for us administratively , there’s never anyone on reception despite saying there would be and they decided to no longer allow the car park available at £1 a day for visitors - I.e. you can’t have visitors as they can only park on the road outside which you would not do unless you wanted your car to be broken into (it’s not a nice area). scamming thief’s.
