Been here today with my partner and we were both extremely pleased with the service. The staff member who served us was brilliant. Places like this can sometimes be overwhelming with individuals being overbearing, but this wasn't the case here. No pressure was felt and we were left to look and shop in our own time. Would highly recommend anyone to come here.

Great store and great staff!my first time buying warhammer and first time ever going to a warhammer store, I didn’t know where to start. Sam who helped me was really friendly and helped find a good starting point!

Our experience in the shop was really positive. I've been wanting to get into Warhammer but have been a bit intimidated to start. When we went into the shop it was a pleasant surprise to be greeted by Evan who was so down to earth, informative and just all-round great. He started from the basics, gave us a walk-through of everything we needed to know and did it in such an imaginative way. He made sure to give us space so we could look around the shop but was available if we had any questions. You can tell he was very passionate and we couldn't be more grateful for the introduction he gave to Warhammer. It's worth mentioning that other staff members were respectful, and kind, and the overall vibe of the shop was passionate and welcoming.

The staff and their helpful advice are the chief reason to visit a Warhammer store. Exceptionally friendly and willing to help find the exact thing you are looking for.

Went today for some Blightlord Terminators and rang up beforehand to ask if they were in stock.Spoke to Sam and he was really polite and helpful, when I arrived I spoke to him again as I got my Terminators and paint and he was really funny and knowledgeable about what I’d need and made me feel at home in the store.Would highly recommend this store and Sam!

Staff is great, very nice and helpful, exhibitions and tables are amazing. Only assortment was not exactly what I expected. Great place If you want to spend some to time to play table top games.

Walking into the Warhammer Birmingham store is always a delight. I have to hold myself back from buying the whole stock. It's always well stocked and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.Getting into the hobby, my first interaction with 40K was with Ash, and his warm and welcoming personality is like that of a close friend. I highly recommend booking in sessions to learn the game as the staff are so enthusiastic to help learn rules, provide tips on painting, and assist in any way they can to help everyone from complete beginner to veteran wargamers.

Popped in while I was in area great shop and the staff member was great and even took time to answer a question I had when the shop was busy.
