Absolutely disgusting company

I have heard nothing but good things about Apollo they have recently just taking over my mothers care ~ they provide complex care.It's always reassuring when you know a family member is being well looked after! So thank you Apollo.

I have been very supported throughout my employment. Training was absolutely brilliant and very thorough. I have never had issues communicating with the office or getting hold of supplies and PPE. Professional and respectful.

Terrible communication. The branch that covers Luton is a complete waste of time

I worked here for 2 years. They were great at first and training was excellent, but the moment our team needed support and reported being bullied we received nothing but false promises. We were professional and were forced to endure bullying every day, and the office staff would arrange meetings with said bullies and nothing would come of it, time after time. We would call them in tears, call them breaking down because we were in such an awful environment and it wasn’t safe for our client either, but our needs and eventually the clients weren’t met. They stopped responding to our emails, would ignore our calls, but were happy for us to cancel our plans on our days off to do last minute cover every day. my mental health was very good before working here. I put my heart and soul into this place, and when I left (due to lack of support) I got nothing. They now don’t even provide me a reference for future jobs. They just completely ignore my emails and prospective employers. I have autism and this just isn’t ok

I love working for Apollo home health care and feel very supported by them! In my own personal experience They are definitely a good company to work for.

I have recently started to use Apollo and I am very impressed with the standard of care shown, the attention to detail and their hard work in building an appropriate team of care workers to meet my needs. The care workers are happy with Apollo too....UPDATEProven over time to be other than what's shown up front. All of the above soon turned around when a bullying hca was reported. Apollo care only if you comply and keep quiet.

These people offered me a job and never wanted me to start?!! and never gave me an explanation despite so many calls I made to them! Wasted my time Absolutely awful
