Only ordered a couple of taps from them but very impressed so far. One for the bath, one for the wash basin. Standard delivery was still very quick. Taps are both excellent quality, having a nice solid feel and prices are very competitive too.

I was hesitant ordering as never used this company before. The online webchat was useful as I had a couple of pre-order queries, which were answered. I ordered sink & tap for 'next day delivery' & items delivered promptly & as described. Happy with Tap Warehouse, glad I ordered

Avoid! Ordered a kitchen sink only, but had to return as depth was too deep. Requested to return the parcel. They offered two options one to send back myself at my expense using a premium courier service. Or use their own pick up method at a huge expense. Decided to send the parcel back with DPD home pick up as the item was over 10kg. Have waited almost to weeks since my return was delivered for them to now say they cannot refund as the item is 'damaged'. Their response to this is because I have not used their own pick up service. My responsibility as a customer has been fulfilled to return the parcel in the original packaging and using a secure courier service. Unfortunately it looks like they are unwilling to help and needless to say that this item was not damaged by them during collecting the returned parcel. Be careful when shopping...

Ordered a ceramic sink, although it was delivered on time I'm surprised it made it in one piece, it was just in a cardboard box that was previously opened and any protection taken out, it just looked secondhand, I would think twice about ordering from this company, you may not be as lucky as I was.

Bought 2 granite sinks. The sinks are good but the supplied wastes are very poor quality - they appear to be for the European market with an adaptor for 40mm waste pipe. The plastic is very thin and cannot be tightened enough to stop leaks. Replaced with MacAlpine wastes from Screwfix which actually do the job.

Not impressed by this company. I was sold faulty goods, which in fairness they offered to replace 'if' l hadn't already fitted the new tap. In a situation where l needed a new tap because mine was leaking, what was l supposed to do, leave it? I wpuldn't have been in this situation if they had sold me a quality product! So all very well sending a new tap, but who is going to pay for the plumber to come out again???

Placed a order with Tap Warehouse TW598257 order number.PDT-000077-waste Vellamo Designer 1.5 Bowl Grey Comite Composite Kitchen Sink with Reversible Drainer & Waste - 1000 x 500mmKC317 Premier Swan Neck PullOut Kitchen Spray Tap - Brushed SteelI am wondering if anyone can help on the above order number.I had a plumber to fit the sink and tap that I purchased from tap warehouse this was on 3rd July 22 and was later than planned due to covid 19.Unfortunately he found the fixing screws for clamps pulls the thread out when trying to clamp the sink to the laminate.The lugs in the sink had no thread for the screw to even screw into meaning this couldn't tighten and seemed really poor quality.My laminate work top which is 38ml would of been fine as it was the correct size however the clamps were so loose and we could not screw them in any further meaning it was sliding everywhere.Also the brass c clamp on the tap we ordered was completely inadiuate and was not fit for purpose and poor quality. When this was being tightened it just opened and slipped the thread.I emailed Tap Warehouse and was informed I could have a refund on the tap but the sink needed testing.The sink was sent off for testing and they have emailed me to say no faults have been found. They also lied and said the bags were unopened for screws and clamps so basically made the decision that I had just changed my mind. I sent them a full video explanation of what issues I had including the use of the items so how could the items not of been unpacked??They have now also refused to issue a refund as the sink had been installed with the tap hole drilled. How are you supposed to know the product is faulty without installing it first. It all looked fine to the eye when we were unpacking items.I am now £159.99 out of pocket and wondered if anyone could give me some advise on this? Has anyone previously been able to challenge this poor customer service? I used a qualified kitchen installer and I could even see the issues and I have no experience with this at all?Apparently because I drilled the tap hole I have accepted the goods. Yet I have had to go and purchase better quality items elsewhere.

Found copper sink on their cyber deal sale. The sink looked a good price. However. The most outreagous delivery charge I have ever come across 193.99 sterling from UK to Ireland. I bought from buyitdirect at a better price and delivery charge €21 from UK to Ireland. I checked several other sinks for sale in UK.. The average delivery was between €10 to €20. The total price for sink, tap and delivery with buyitdirect was €415.91 compared to Tap Warehouse Sterling 629.38 for sink, tap and delivery. This delivery charge can only be described as criminal and cannot be defended or justified. Please do not reply with company jargon WE ALWAYS STRIVE ETC. ETC. AND request me to contact you by email as I have already written to Yasmin about my thoughts on such extravagant charging. Her reply was was to defend it.PART 2 IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY BELOW.1) I am at a loss as to why you thank negative reviewers.2) Why you as an owner are happy for me, that I found a better deal with your competition.3) I have done a conversion from sterling to euro 193.99 = €226.31 for your delivery fee compared to €21 with Buyitdirect.4) If I owned a Company and had this highlighted I would be horrified.5) The lack of shock. beggars belief and this raises suspicions regards the package deal.6) I believe that there are many thousands of transport logistic companies in the UK. That would gladly transport a complete pallet of sinks to Ireland for less than that price.7) Whether a 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th party delivery. There can be no justification for charging €236 for a sink without a drain tray. You are having a laugh if you think I am niave enough to accept your reply as genuine. I have found several UK online Companies that deliver sinks to Ireland for between €15 to €30 averaging @ €208) Your unwillingness to offer a valid explanation of why such a difference in delivery price. leaves me deeply suspicious about this whole matter.9) What if anything, are you going to do about what I belive can only be described as RIP Off.I shall abstain from cynical jargon thanking you for your reply and wishing you well. Ordered several items from here and everyone I have had to message about it being faulty or broken, sent out replacements, although at one point sent me out the same thing 3 times which I didnt need! but they're all the same, now got to go back with more problems, I think this is the 7th time.... I am so fed up with it. poor quality!!!!

Brilliant customer service. Had a slight problem with the sink but it got rectified straight away and kept me informed each step of the way. Would highly recommend and definitely use again.
