I usually don't write reviews but after a long tiring search for a place I came across McCartney Estate Agents and I can confirm that I am really happy about their service. From the appointment for viewing till the signing they have been very helpful and cordial. I am specially grateful to Mr Jacob for his hospitality and supports.

From start to finish, Aston has gone above and beyond for the sale of my property. constantly updated, always calls when he says, never under delivers. contactable after hours to work around my schedule, but more importantly 100% honest - having dealt with other agents in Chelmsford it seems common a-lot tell you what you want to hear, Aston does NOT do this. cannot recommend highly enough and i can promise that he will be the ONLY agent i ever use for buying or selling. i will personally recommend anyone to just pick up the phone and contact Aston 10 stars wasn't an option so 5 it is.....

We wouldn’t usually leave reviews, but after our experience we felt with such gratitude that we should.We first met a very helpful young lad by the name of Jamie who was extremely polite and professional and really stood out to us against other people we had met for viewings. Upon offering we went through a process which meant we were then passed over to Aston, who again was amazingly efficient, and simply super, he dealt with our offer very quickly and agreed our purchase which was amazing. After the sale had gone very quiet after three weeks Aston was chasing constantly and providing both myself and my partner with super detailed updates. We have now exchanged and completed and was even given a wonderful Starter home gift upon completion which is just a perfect little extra for us as new homeowners. We are super grateful for everything that every one of these staff members have provided and we would certainly have no issues recommending McCartneys’s

Proper estate agents! I’ve dealt with various brands in Chelmsford and all full of dribble, give you useless made up information to make them feel better. Dealt with Aston fromDay dot, no rubbish, no made up figures, showed me real information facts and figures, got me sold, got me moved, delivered exactly and more what he said he would. Shaun and Jamie also very helpful always on hand if Aston wasn’t around, always phoned back with information when promised. Couldn’t be happier, and I’ll only ever be phoning Aston for any sale or purchase! Don’t waste your own time with other brands, McCartneys offer and deliver on everything and more!

When we appointed McCartneys, we told them that we had been very badly let down by an alternative Estate Agency resulting in a great deal of time and money being lost. The sale was therefore beyond urgent.Both Sean and Aston were very understanding of the situation, and were confident and re-assuring that a quick sale could and would be achieved. Indeed, the property was placed on the market on a Wednesday and a buyer found by the Friday!! Absolutely brilliant.We found McCartneys from the outset to be both committed and interested in the sale. They came across very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They were always accessible but if not available would return calls promptly. Aston who had conduct of the sale was totally focused and personable and made you feel that your transaction was of the highest priority at all times.I have therefore no hesitation in highly recommending their services. A truly competent Estate Agency. Well done!!

Aston and the team at McCartneys were helpful through our process. As always with things like this there were ups and downs, and Aston was the voice of reason, helping us chase down solicitors, letting us know the next steps, or sometimes giving advice on how to proceed. We were happy with all the team at McCartneys, they were always on the end of a phone and happy to deal with everything. We hope to not go through this for a long time, but if we do then we'd choose McCartneys

Aston is an absolute ***SUPERSTAR*** an asset to the company. I had a dreadful 3 month experience with another local estate agent that was an absolute shambles. I walked in to McCartney as I was local, and was dealt with by Shaun and Aston, and they assured me they could sell my property with no messing around. Less than 6 weeks later we have exchanged and completed and the whole experience was a dream. Aston managed the transaction superbly and I could not be happier. I will be sure to recommend all of my friends and family to this absolute true to his word gentleman. Knowledge is superior to other “professionals” no nonsense, highly recommended a true treasure. Just completed On my sale with McCartneys and Aston was our rock from the very start. Went above and beyond all expectations, bent over backwards to make sure our needs were met, and more importantly secured our sale and got it through to completion very quickly, all whilst keeping us updated throughout. Having used various estate agents in Chelmsford Aston and the whole team and McCartneys excelled them all, and will only ever use Aston and his team now. Cannot thank you all enough.
