Went in to look at changing my car. Had a test drive in an i10. Great wee car and a fantastic deal. Service and time taken second to none. Can't wait for my new car

They couldn't be bothered to phone me back with a simple query. I was planning on using them for the servicing of my new car and was looking to purchase extras such as mats and a boot liner but I'll need to find the next closest Hyundai dealer instead.Update: Park's did email me separately and are going to speak to staff and I now have a PoC for any queries. Can't fault their resolution.

Tucson under warranty got gpf light on won't clear phoned them Saturday 12th August first time they could look at it was 27th of September useless

Dealt with Benny Shek at Parks Nissan in purchasing a new car. Absolutely seamless process, pain free and very quick. Sorted everything I needed and would highly recommend not only Parks, but to deal with Benny if you can as well. He is an absolute credit to the company !!!

From the moment I made the enquiry call James could not have been more helpful or informative about the motability scheme.James was able to see us the same day of enquiry, we were able to finalise all paperwork for the Tucson and we were able to collect it within a week which was a massive relief as we were without transport.Brian McGhie was then assigned as point of contact for my application.
