Sat at our table at 7:45, tried to place our order a few times and eventually placed it just before 8. The chef then refused to cook most of the main meals we'd ordered, claiming it was too late. The waitress, passing on the news, was as polite as she could be about it. Obviously it wasn't her fault, but for an establishment like this (or even a Pret a Manger TBH), I would expect far better.

Very fresh and friendly atmosphere in outdoor setup during summer, by the river side. You see boats passing by in the river, food drinks are good, tried the truffle pizza and the burgers were good, there is ice cream hut, and nice music by a DJ.

Gorgeous setting, delicious food and a really lovely relaxed vibe. There were families with babies and small children and some people with dogs too.Wasn't too busy. We ate al a carte but there is q self serve pizza option.Had a lovely afternoon.

Was charged 12.5% service charge on a bottle of wine we ordered from the bar ourselves, you are not allowed" to eat outside you have to be in the restaurant but all the outside tables had the food menus on them. When we eventually made it into the tent for food we were handed the same menus which "had just been printed"

Amazing setting by the river but let down by confused staff, limited menu and overpriced food. We arrived with no idea where to go to get our table and a pass-the-parcel amongst staff of who was in charge of what. I was shocked to see the mark up vs London Soho Houses given we were outside of the city (Ribeye at London Houses is £35 vs £55 here) and dining in a tent vs a restaurant. The al a carte menu was limited and the £25 salad buffet was missing ingredients e.g. burrata. It was a confusing set up where if you wanted to sit by the river you had to choose from self serve pizza/sushi or sit in the main tent and have al a carte. Not sure why pizzas couldn't be served as part of al a carte but maybe it is a capacity issue.For a Sunday afternoon I didn't think pumping loud DJ music outside was really the vibe given it was mostly families. Glad I went for the river setting but wouldn't go back again given the limited menu and price.

WOW - River House is absolutely stunning.My friend and I came here for a long lunch (the best sort) to celebrate his birthday and despite us both being regulars for several years at Soho House Group locations we were both blown away by how amazing River House is.Everything from the lush green landscaped surroundings of the Oakley Court Hotel on the River Thames at Windsor (where its located) to the warm, friendly and VIP 6* service from the incredibly kind staff not to mention the delicious food and drink made for a truly superb day.Soho River House literally has everything you could ever wish for (including the best Dirty Burger" and fries ive ever enjoyed anywhere in the world).Highly recommended and I can't wait to come back very soon 10/10p.s Special thanks to the delightful Hannah who looked after us like VIP Royalty - you really deserve top accolades."
