Hamburger Hill Paintball

I had never experienced paintball and all my friends had told me about how it was so I was ready to go!We had a few people in our group cancel and fair enough don't refund it but at least give us the balls we paid for right ?I don't usually like to leave bad reviews but this place is insanity.Trash everywhere, kids with adults, guns that don't work, there's not even blue roll to wipe your steamy mask with . We would stand around for ages and all suits are malfunctioning the woods badly cared for . it took ages for them to refill the guns when they knew it was cold and it would be hard to do so. Plan and prepare no? I mean the staff had to apologise for the manager several times for his behaviour and lack of customer service and how rude he was. All this manager thought about was money. Everyone else had to sit and wait while they went about sorting things out all the time. They would start the game at different times for the teams no one knew where they were going.Wish I could leave no stars. I'm so sorry for the staff putting up with all of this. Crazy... Never again .

Hamburger hill Paintball centre is a fantastic day out for both small and large groups. They have a wide and varied range of areas to enjoy and the team do a brilliant job of setting up exciting and challenging array of games whilst also looking out for the safety of the players.

Three stars instead of two because they have tanks out front that my kids love to climb. Needs investment. They could really easily smarten this place up; the facilities are not nice if you’re there with children and need to wait around in the dirt. Plus didn’t like my 12yo son basically being bullied by grown men who seem pretty obsessive about this stuff.

The manager is beyond rude, were told we’d have an hour break between the 1st and 2nd half - it was 10 minutes. No food available either. Don’t waste your money!

Very fun and is well designed for all ages and has a great feeling when your playing!

Really great staff super welcoming and let you request game styles too. We all really enjoyed playing the games as we had enough people to make up both sides. Great time with some nice variety in maps too.

Games are ten minutes long with about a 15 minute downtime between gamesNo food other than crisps and chocolate bars. Could do with a burger van there.Guns are useless. Had 4/6-7 games where my gun jammed and I had to walk out.Went for a full day experience. Game before lunch finished at 12:45. Lunch at one. Didn't start playing again until 2:45.Staff were friendly. And the maps" are fun. But there's so much down time and issues with guns it's difficult to immerse yourself."

Quite disappointed. We booked in an early morning session for my brothers stag do and although the games themselves were ok. There were a couple of points that really weren’t good.Firstly. The state of the toilets were beyond disgusting with blood and feces all over the cubicles and the floors saturated in urine. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned in weeks. The smell was terrible.Secondly. There seemed to be no concern over safety. No bungs for the end of the guns between games. People constantly shooting each other with no intervention from the Marshalls.Who in all honesty couldn’t care less.Guns were also badly maintained and many misfired or started shooting repeatedly at random. Rubbish everywhere on the courses and very unkempt woodlandI’ve been to many paintball centers and this is by far the worst one I’ve been too. It’s on my avoid list.

Really nice view, but the paintball area does not look like its looked after..
