Class 1 Vehicle Hire

We have used Class 1 Vehicle Hire a number of times now and we cannot recommend them highly enough. The customer service is second to none and importantly, the vehicles are always in great condition. There is no doubt that we will be using Class 1 Vehicle Hire again in the future.

After being mucked around by a seller a few streets away while buying a suite, my mother called at the last minute to hire a vehicle to transport it DURING COVID and Charlie was not only extremely patient and accommodating but also moved mountains to help us achieve what we were hiring a van for... faith in humanity has truly been restored after our experience of not only customer service but customer CARE at class 1 today. Strangers are only unfamiliar friends we have yet to come to know and this was never more true than in how my family were treated and considered by a class 1 vehicle hire employee today. If the price is intimidating, rest assured, by the time you have arrived to collect, you are already indebted to the staff here!

Great experience with this company , Charlie got me a can ( short notice ) met me himself at 9am on a Sunday to make sure I got it ok . Fantastic service and will certainly use them again . Vans were immaculate and very modern .Excellent customer service 10/10

Repeat business.Having used Class 1 previously I had no hesitation in using them again. Service and booking system is particularly easy. Vans are modern and spotlessly clean. I would certainly recommend to others.

I rented a van for a very good price. The staff was friendly and the vehicle was clean and without damage. Pickup and drop-off was smooth and I will definitely return should I need to rent a van or car in the future!

Friendly, good price, helpful. Vans are new and high end, Merc/VW. Andy was flexible with the return of the vehicle, within the hire period and was only a phone call away.Fourth time I've used Class 1 and don't see any reason to go anywhere else. Loyal/regular customers are shown appreciation.

Have to say, very helpful, very reasonably priced, brand new van. Nothing was too much bother for the guys. Let me look around several vans, gave me a great rate for a full week. Going forward, they will be my first call, not 2nd or third.
