I came to visit relatives in this city. My family and I are very satisfied with the service of the shop owner and staff here. They work very professionally, friendly and enthusiastic.

Wonderful place to go, first time getting my nails done here and couldn't be happier, very friendly

Really bad. Don’t get your nails done here! They don’t know what they are doing. Cheap product, acrylics last no longer than 2 weeks, colours fade after a couple of days!! They also are really bad with shaping the nails, it’s like nobody has been trained.

Recently had my nails done here, chose a chrome colour it was a dark red but after the application the colour was purple! I will never go back here.

I went in nicely, smiled and laughed with the staff. Chose my length when they applied the tips. after he applied the acrylics he ended up filing my tips down half way to what i requested. I even showed him my right hand compared to my left so he can see the length was not what i requested. He was very defensive after this, saying i was the one who requested short nails. yes i did but the nails were cut to the length i wanted. A young teenage hirl hanging in the shop then came down and insisted that oval nails had to be filed down. No they do not, they have to be shaped of course but not filed down. This made the experience very unpleasant as she was sitting at the end away from me having a phone call, so to unprofessionally involve herself when she had no clue what was going on was very rude, and put me in an uncomfortable position. they then proceeded to talk about me in their language which was also uncomfortable. it took 1.5 hours just to apply acrylic, without them even filing yet. I came in very positively so this was an unexpected negative experience. I am very specifc with what I want so I am confused at to where the misunderstanding happened.

Place is cash only. One start because it does not follow any sanitary practices. The sterilizer machine isn’t even used. The pedicure equipment used on me was left out which tells me what was used on me was likely used on someone else. The whole service felt rushed.

Poor service. I went in to get my nails done few weeks ago. I showed a picture of how I wanted it. And it turned out nothing like that. I had 3 different people doing my nails. One did shaping one put the acrylics on. One started painting and they kept switching. At the end I hated my nails but because of their attitude towards me and other customers. I didn’t say anything. Then I went home spoke to my friends and they said I should complain so I rang and told them I’m not happy with my nails and they were rushed. She told me to come back and she said she will fix them. She cut them shorter and painted them white. I still didn’t like the nails but I just left. So today I went in to get them removed. They were so unwelcoming and rude. 2 acrylic nails fell off within 2 weeks and I only had 8 left to be removed. So I generally just asked how much will you charge as 2 nails have already come off. He said it’s still the original price £10. I said okay that’s fine. I went to get my nails removed the nail therapist constantly got close to my cuticles to the point it was hurting. He even cut me I said can you be careful. He was too busy talking in his own language to his colleagues while he sat in-front of me knowing I do not understand what he was saying. This made me so feel uncomfortable. He cut me few times and went over the area with the electric tool few times.during this whole process I was worried he will damage my nails permanently because he didn’t care after I told him numerous times he is hurting me. after he finished removing them it was time to pay. I told the lady he cut me few times. And she goes yes because you have dry skin. I said it’s nothing to do with my skin he got too close to the cuticles. She was like it’s only little cut. I said I would like a discount. She then goes at the beginning u said to my colleague u only have 8 nails to remove. I go yes because I genuinely was wondering if they charge less for that. As a customer I can ask that. She just carried on being rude and I just left the money their. They didn’t even apologise for cutting me . I would not recommend this place thier attitude is disgusting they talk about you in their language . And even thier work is appalling

Used to love coming in here but ever since they employed a majority of male employees the service has been awful. The guys doing my nails kept giving me dirty looks when I asked him to fix or redo something which made me really uncomfortable. Then when he did my pedicure, he rounded my naturally square toenails without even asking what shape I wanted. The application was not neat at all and then he turned to the guy next to him, said something and the other guy looked at my feet and started laughing. I was getting my nails done for a holiday for my birthday.The two ladies are wonderful but the male employees are just not nice. This is how I was treated after recommending them to everyone? Don’t think I will be coming back.
