Horrible. They are mostly full of cold people who respond in a completely uncaring uninterested tone. You start to wonder why they work there because most of them clearly don't actually care or if they do they are genuinely terrible at expressing it.

A friend of mine called this mental health helpline number worrying about her husband having desperate problems with his mental health and needed advice and all they said was call the police. This is supposed to be a helpline for advice and all you get told is to call the police and is an utter joke.
