I was very impressed with this company. They responded quickly, and fitted in with my timings to attend the property of my late father, which will now be sold and therefore needed an EPC. The surveyor kept me up to date on his arrival time, and did the survey thoroughly and efficiently. We were delighted to receive a B rating on the property. I have no hesitation in recommending this company,

Wasted about 6 months of back and forth trying to get things organised. Applied a couple of weeks before it went live last year so must have been near the top of the list. Got the house measured up and assessed then spent the rest of the time constantly trying to find out what was going on. Got switched between installation companies who seemed to have no idea what was going on and then finally got told there's no more funding so we got nothing. Complete waste of time.

Was told I qualified for a free boiler after answering questions online then by phone. Arranged and had survey and photos taken, didn’t qualify due to percentage of concrete floor, then too late to apply elsewhere as the scheme had finished. Never got the new boiler.

This organisation, as practiced by the person who was in charge of my mum's application, was effectively more of a scam. He sent links to other organisations, requested price feedback be sent on his work"

Mark and Callum came out to fit our new boiler on Friday 14th July 2023. This was not a small job. We had our old back boiler replaced. These gentlemen worked like trojans. Totally full of energy and zeal. Thank you so much. Can't thank you enough.

Very easy to apply for the scheme, the assessment was done within 2 hours. Sending information needed is taking longer than expected, but getting there now

Little or no initial information, a one size fits all solution & little communication or true interaction with the applicants. Took my own action & unless i can find FUNDED replacements for my log burner & Rayburn which provide heat, cooking facilities & hot water which the ECO scheme did not not. Hardly a green solution, seemed like muddled thinking to us. Plus of course proper insulation.

Great customer service and all jobs were completed on time from start to finish leaving house nice and warm after installation.Would refer this company to any household that would like to save ££ on energy bills.
