Top notch work from very nice peopleMark runs the show and knows his onions. We then had Wayne and his son, Charles, onsite doing some brilliant work to get the whole STP hooked up. They were a delightful pair who also were hugely competent and professional. A real pleasure to work with. As I am selling my property, I needed my sewage system to be compliant with new regulations. I contacted Ward Environmental Services to come and check out what was needed. I was quoted £250 for this. The day before the visit I had a text requesting payment of £360 for this visit to be paid 24 hours before the scheduled time which I did.At that visit I was told I needed a new complete sewage treatment plant and received a quote about a week later.I contacted 4 others companies who came out and did the same thing at no charge and as I knew very little on the subject were all much more informative. All other quotes were about £10,000 less than Ward and the company I went with came highly recommended and did an exceptionally good job, complied with all latest council regulations and left garden tidy.

Mark was excellent to deal with from the initial survey right through to the post installation meeting. Great knowledge and thoroughly professional. Eli and Lewis installed the system and they were great! I couldn’t recommend this Company more highly.

Mark Ward and his team did an excellent installation for us…and at the most competitive price (from three quotes).At all times Mark himself was hands on, regularly overseeing the work, talking to us and and helping make decisions with his on site team. He also has real in depth experience of the industry and all the options out there.The Ward site team members themselves were always competent, polite and responsive. Importantly for us they also took care to minimise impact and disruption to the whole area surrounding the installation.We would highly recommend them!

We had outstanding service throughout the process of installing a sewage treatment plant to become compliant with the legislation in force after January 2020. I am giving some detail here because we were very nervous about this project but Ward made it so easy for us. We had detailed and accurate test reports, quotations and updates and activity reports at every stage from start to finish. We knew exactly what was going to happen - and it unfolded exactly as Nick said it would, except that they completed the project earlier than we expected. The quotation given to us was commensurate with what other service providers quoted, and there was no deviation from that in any way. The installation was remarkably efficient from beginning to end. We expected major domestic disruption and damage to our garden because there was a long stretch between the access point and installation point through our orchard and across our lawn, and the old, non-compliant system needed a lot of demolition and digging out. Two weeks after installation, there was almost no trace that anyone had ever been through our garden, and this despite some heavy rains and heavy machinery movements during the work. The ground-works team were expert throughout and even temporarily removed and replanted a stretch of hedge to allow the old system to be removed - and really nice guys to have around. Tons of rubble from the old system were removed over a high hedge from the roadside without any destruction to either the front lawn or hedge. It was amazing to see how the team worked in such a confined and pretty delicate environment and habitat. There was only about half an hour between moving from the old system to the new - we originally thought we might have to move out for a couple of days! The electrician on the team was really professional and even helped us out with a problem in the house that cropped up coincidentally - it was nothing to do with the installation but he fixed it for us as a favour! We are doing a lot of work to our house, and Ward just made this a completely trouble-free experience. We recommend them without any hesitation whatsoever.
