We had a motorhome for a week and both before and during the support from the team at luxury Winnebago were fantastic. They are available to answer any questions at any time so you have no worries which is comforting if you have never done this before. The quality of the vans is also super and the flexibility to meet your needs brilliant.

Ok, it wasn’t a luxury Winnebago, it was a brand new Ford camper van, pristine condition and really well equipped. Five stars in its class and much more fun and practical to drive than a bigger vehicle too. Our first ever campervan experience.But the review here is really for the people part: lovely to deal with and friendly to talk to, there was lots of help for us campervan newbies and some good tips too. Like where to buy AdBlu, one we should have listened to before driving in to a motorway service area…Good wee videos on YouTube to help remind you how to set up the van, but watch these before you go off grid without a 4g signal ;)We got a linen package too, which was handy, though a light sleeping bag would have been ok for our summery trip.We picked up the van at Uddingston, less than a minute from a strategically advantageous motorway link to all points and with loads of room to leave our car for the duration.We had two trips combined: one where we had a couple of nights in Fife during Open Golf week where bring your own accommodation was a brilliant idea, then a trip down to Galloway with two small grandchildren (5 and 7) who had Christmas Eve levels of excitement at the prospect of sleeping (eventually) in a pop up roof. This is the new must have accessory for cool grandparents and it’s highly likely we’ll all be back for another trip.Great fun, and a great first experience.No hesitation in recommending these folks too.

Gerry and Amanda were really helpful when I was making the booking. They let me see round the vans beforehand and were available for any questions. The van we hired was great - spotlessly clean and easy to use. I would highly recommend this company.

We rented the Barra AutoRoller 747 last August for a short holiday and loved everything about the experience. We were first timers driving one of these and had the time of our lives!!Grant's team made the whole process so easy for us. Big shout out for Gerry who helped us planning our journey before departure, did a great handover of the vehicle before we departed and helped us with stupid questions we had during the holiday.The recommendations from Grant and Gerry were great ideas that meant we did some amazing things in a very short holiday.We will definitely be back to rent another AutoRoller with Luxury Winnebago.

The Harris motorhome that we rented for the week was more than we could have asked for. We picked it up and Gerry took us through all of the aspects of the motorhome (we'd never driven / stayed in a motorhome before). We then drove through to Elie where we'd booked a pitch. Overall it was a wonderful experience ~ especially for my 2 x grandchildren (Ellie 3 & Joshua 9)....They enjoyed the double bed above the driver / passenger seating. 10 out of 10 for Winnebago.....Hopefully, we can do it again next year.....Cheers......The 'Mearns and Macleod' families.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Booking couldn’t have been easier and the team at Luxury Winnebago were so helpful and accommodating especially Amanda.This was our first time hiring a motor home and we were delighted with the vehicle, the clear ‘how to’ instructions and the wonderfully helpful videos provided.Spotlessly clean, stunning and comfortable interior - a real home-from-home for our family. I would highly recommend Luxury Winnebago! We had a wonderful trip around the NC500, our first time hiring a camper-van, and the team was fantastic. Gerry was so helpful, he was available to help whenever we needed a bit of advice, he literally couldn’t have done anything better! The van was in great condition and suited us perfectly. I've now booked Luxury Winnebago on several of our productions for both BT and BBC and have found them first class. Their communication and professionalism for delivery and pick up is outstanding - they even offer Wifi on board what more do your teams need!!The requests for insurance, RAMS, IDs of drivers has always be met promptly and efficiently. Great service from start to finish which made the holiday stress free. Certainly beats a visit to the airports!! The inside of the camper vans were very nice and the beds were comfortable. The guys at Luxury Winnebago Scotland gave us some ideas on hidden gems to visit along our route which was a nice touch. All in all a great family trip so we've decided to book again later this year and see more hidden gems around Scotland
