Deeply disappointed with the service received. I booked 5/6 weeks in advance and was told of a mid morning appointment, I changed my work schedule to ensure I was in. I called on the morning of the appointment and was told the sweeps would definitely be with me that morning. I emailed again at 12:30 and was told to talk to the sweep directly as they were out of the office. Sweep told me I was never in for a morning appointment and he had 3 further sweeps to complete prior to me, he eventually got to me for a 15 minute appointment at 14:30 and left all the soot remnants in the grate. Not the service I’m used to from other sweeps.

Great service. Recommend ! Not only fixed the chimney and wood burner but made them look great as well as work brilliantly. Really good customer service - so helpful- which was really appreciated.

I have used them a few times now. Each Time they have been super tidy, lovely to deal with, done a great job, and not left any mess. I'm always really impressed

I have just had a new stove, fireplace refitted and chimney liner put in by Eaves Chimney Sweep. I am delighted with it. Bryan has an eye for detail and made a beautiful job of our tricky fireplace. Both he and Nathan are clean and careful workers. Many thanks.

First time using Eaves and we are delighted with the service. We had our old fireplace completely replaced with a brand new log burner installed, both Bryan and Nathan did a fantastic job. Everyone involved was very professional to deal with and Elena was very prompt in replying to any queries we had. Would strongly recommend.

Fantastic job supplying and installing two multifuel stoves, replacing two open fires. Also installed new hearths and fire surrounds and lined two chimneys. A very messy job removing the old fires, but they always did their best to minimise any dust and disruption etc with great effect. The team were professional at all times and the finished products are exceptional. Although there were some unexpected challenges, not too surprising in an old cottage, but all were sorted, showing how experienced the team are. There was also a great level of support from their admin who made sure that everything was in place and dealt with any queries quickly and effectively in a friendly and helpful manner.I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company and will definitely use them again.

Been using Eaves for 20 years. They just fitted inset multifuel stove into my existing fireplace. Really professional job. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Really disappointed with the customer service. I booked for our chimney to be swept on 21.10.22. over 2 weeks ago. Today I receive a call to tell me we are out of the companies area and no they cannot make an exception as they have wasted 2 weeks of my time! I gave the address when I booked the appointment why not tell me then. Absolutely appalling service. What a shame when you have such good reviews that you on this occasion, let yourselves down.

We have an old 1800s cottage with a difficult to access chimney - no match for these guys!New stove, liner, chimney clean, and cowl all done along with certifications.Cannot thank them enough for fixing everything and making our cottage safe. They uncovered some things we didn’t know about or expect along the way but kept me informed and managed to fix it all - such a relief. They also clean up extremely well, no mess left at all, so friendly and organised.If you want a professional and friendly service look no further!
