I am honestly surprised that Cooplands isn't that well known around England. In my experience with both places, I firmly believe that Coopland's is better than Greggs. The staff here are amazing, the food is pristine and fair priced. Would go here all the time.

Absolutely brilliant staff at cooplands high row Darlington great value for money especially the 4 sausage rolls but my favourite is the chicken and bacon salad £3:50 really filling and inexpensive. While people are struggling with the virus the staff always seem to be smiling and always very helpful. Really love the place top Mark's all round ♥️

Great service today as usual, wonderful selection of pastries, sandwiches, cakes and breads. Particularly liked the Halloween themed cakes and gingerbread men. Their loyalty card system is very good too, every 5 stamps gets you a free treat so worth checking out. The customer service is always excellent too and little things like have a nice day" really make a difference. Keep up the great work cooplands Darlington."

If the Manager (High Row) smiled her face would crack, what an arrogant women, she has no customer service skills whatsoever. The way she spoke to the young girl working here was utterly disrespectful.
