Awful service took them a week for them to supposedly fix my pc, a couple months later my pc wasn't running well at all I've just opened it up and found to much thermal paste on the cpu, then they just rammed the cooler back on the cpu and now my pc is over heating. Please use someone else and don't waste your time they just want to Screw you for every penny.

I moved to Sheffield 9 years ago and was fortunately told about The Real Computer Shop when I needed to upgrade my laptop. Since then I have also changed my I-Pad. I have always found the team extremely helpful and never trying to push me to buy more expensive models than I needed. As an `oldie`, i have really appreciated being able to call in for help with what might seem a very trivial thing to the experts, but I am always given very kind and helpful advice. I would never dream of going anywhere else and we are so lucky to have this shop in Sheffield.

Received v.good service for repairing my cracked laptop screen - once the part was in stock, it was repaired within 4 hours so I was not without it for long. All working beautifully now and cost a lot less than a new laptop!

The most pain free new tech experience I've ever had.Communication before choosing the new pc was top notch.Purchase was easy and Stephen was really helpful in getting our pc build customised to our needs and then built promptly.Everything has worked first time out of the box, but I'm confident that if it went wrong i could pick up the phone and get some help.

My old computer crashed at a time when I needed computer access to complete a deadline. Nick and his colleagues at The Real Computer Shop were extremely helpful and supportive and down loaded our old data and photos from the hard drive, recovered data from a faulty memory stick and supplied us with an excellent appropriate replacement computer suited to my needs with respect to work and projects in a very short period of time so that I could meet my deadline. Thank you for an excellent service and very good practical advice!!
