Glazed Expression

I spent a lovely time with my granddaughters painting Christmas decorations. The experience was very relaxing and Tess was very friendly and helpful. The session was a birthday present and was one that was much appreciated. I would recommend for all ages as a wide range of activities offered using clay. Beautiful items for sale .

We loved coming in for the ‘play with clay’ season, our little ones aged from 8-3 all enjoyed the session! They all went in completely different directions with what they wanted to create, Tess helped to guide us and offered support while still allowing the children to independently create. We loved coming back to colour in the items we had made, even picked up some Mugs and other items from the shop!Thank you for a lovely experience! We will be back!

Myself and my partner had a lovely hour at Glazed expression, painting tiles with the support of Andy and Tess. Both were very friendly, helpful and kind to us. We would definitely recommend anyone in the area to check out the shop (they have amazing pieces of art) and take part in the activities they offer. Thank you both for a lovely experience! We love our tiles and have them up in our flat!

If you have a couple of hours to spend why not go to Glazed Expression in Helston and have a relaxing time creating whatever you want with clay provided by Tess. We thoroughly enjoyed our two sessions there, at such a reasonable price too. The first session was spent manipulating and moulding our own shapes and designs from the clay, the second painting them ready for firing. You can also paint readily prepared pottery shapes if you have limited time to make your own. Tess is available to give lots of help and advice about using different techniques too. Had a wonderful morning throwing and painting pottery at Glazed Expressions! They were so accommodating of mixed skill levels and very patient in teaching us how to throw. The dogs were an extra bonus! Thanks Tess and Adie.

I had a wonderful 3 hours tuition in clay prep and throwing with Ady. I wanted to learn all thing pottery in stages so I could really understand the process.Ady and Tess are lovely and friendly and I look forward to my next session.
