My daughter took me there for the first time today .brilliant place and great atmosphere,excellent food, very nice and pleasant staff.Mi piace molto.Definately going back :-)

It was pouring with rain so we decided to take cover and found Jaks. Being from Cornwall we were surprised at the low prices. So we decided to try it out.We had 2 large cappuccinos a sausage and egg roll and a sausage baguette. Wow, the food was great (4 big sausages in the baguette). The service was great and the food delivered quickly.Will be going back again when next visiting Worcester.

Only person in the cafe ordered a coffee and cake, server then proceeded to tidy up, wash up and completely ignore me 10 minutes and still nothing?????

Had a good coffee here last week. Cups seemed a bot on the large size for Flat White, which I like short and intense, but the Americano was good. Tray bakes were very tasty too - millionaire and a jammy dodger blondie. Our hose was incredibly busy but manage to stay cheerful and helpful on a chilly day in Worcester.

We decided to try Jak’s as we saw on Facebook they did burgers ( surprise surprise they did not.) we went in and downstairs was busy, so decided to sit upstairs which was our mistake. Flies were flying everywhere as seen in the photo dead flies on the floor, we even had some on the table, but don’t worry we also had to clean the table ourself as it was dirty. We then went to try and find a menu which apparently did not exist, and finally found one in the end. We both went for the saussage and chips and as you can see in the photo it was not worth the money. We paid £14 for two plates of that size, appalling. I found the chips to taste quite off and I normally don’t mind how they taste. The sausage tasted more like a casserole sausage. The staff did not want to be there it was very evident, there was a lovely bloke who worked there who I believe was the manager having to remind his staff to clean tables which they didn’t. We just had water, which came in a dirty glass. The ketchup was also Aldi’s own brand. All in all I would not go back, because of my experience. Don’t sit upstairs !!

Stopped by for a coffee on my own. Such a kind and friendly guy looking after the place. I’m not able to eat out atm, thanks to chemotherapy, but I was made so welcome. Made my day.

The atmosphere and staff were lovely and the shop is decorated beautifully. There was music playing at lovely volume that reminded me of the Italian coast. However for a coffee shop the coffee was really disappointing, we ordered a flat white and a huge milky frothy coffee came out. Upping the coffee training would push this place through the roof. the food was generally nice and a really reasonable price but my salad was brown and wilted.

Best CLUB sandwich in Worcester Centre. Hands down. Get there in time for lunch - you won’t regret it.
