Sarah is excellent at her job. She treated me with empathy and non judgement and the work she’s tirelessly done with me is helping me to change my life by reducing my anxiety and tackle my driving phobias. I would recommend her to anybody.

I've been listening to the Relaxation Audio every night for over 2 months and the results have been wonderful. I have a stressful job and a busy family life and often found it hard to switch off at night. When I did eventually get to sleep I would often wake after a few hours and then my mind would race - thinking of all the things I had to do the next day or replaying that days events over and over. Exhausting !Since working with Sarah and listening to the audio at bedtime my sleep has definately improved. Now I am always asleep before the audio ends and I rarely wake up from sleep through the night. As a result I have increased energy levels through the day and feel that I'm coping better with just about everything !Highly recommended X X

The information provided in session was delivered in an easy to understand format, and the Hypnotherapy section so very relaxing, and GENUINELY WORKS.
