I asked Steven for help with our fridge freezer that wasn't working. He suggested things to try before paying a call out fee so we didn't need to spend money unnecessarily. I'm delighted to say it worked and we're very grateful to him. Would definitely contact Steven again in the future.

I messaged Steven last night to ask if he could have a look at my grandparents washing machine as it had suddenly stopped working. Very quick response, offered a next day appointment. Steven showed up bang on time, pleasant kind and very reasonably priced, my nanna and granda now have their washing machine functioning and he has saved them having to fork out on a new one! 110% recommend!

Our washing machine broke on Christmas eve and we desperately needed it fixed with 2 small children. I contacted Steven on the 29th and he advised me of the issues and came promptly the next day to repair our machine. Very thankful for his service during the Christmas holiday period.
