I recently purchased a Thomas Dudley Niagara Pneumatic bellow for my cistern. Highland Plumbing was offering the best price I could find and it arrived promptly. After a while the item failed so they immediately sent me a replacement without quibbling. I can thoroughly recommend their service and will certainly be buying from them again. The replacement item works perfectly and I can now flush my toilet without any trouble at all!

Great service from helpful staff. We needed a part delivered quickly to an Island in the Outer Hebrides on a Friday before a bank holiday. The part was despatched same day and delivered on the Saturday morning. The staff very helpful on the telephone and we will be returning customers.

As a DIY landlord it is always easier to replace “like with like”. Buyplumbingonline had the Danfoss motorised valve that I needed at a considerably cheaper price than other suppliers, which was slightly worrying. However, it was delivered free of charge within a couple of days and was exactly what I wanted. I was delighted. Excellent service at a low price. I will certainly use again in future.

First, I was phoned to let me know that the part I’d ordered online was out of stock and could be delay, but it was delivered much sooner than I’d expected. When I found I’d ordered the wrong part I got a replacement within 48 hours. Hello, I would highly recommend this company. I would like to say thank you very much for your very efficient, prompt service. I called on Tuesday and spoke to Paul regarding an order I hadn't completed online. He kindly took the details and completed the order on my behalf. Although it was 14.18 and the postal collection was normally 14.00 I was amazed when the cistern value arrived by royal mail the following lunch-time which I much appreciated as the toilet had been out of action for several days as I was unable to obtain the part locally.
