Had to change doctors recently due to doctor retiring and due to the excellent service at Adrian’s we asked him would he continue in our new doctors and he’s kindly agreed to continue picking up our prescriptions even though we are out of his area

Not happy with how my partner was spoken to by adrian and have to wait whilst other people went in after us and left b4 we had our meds, I know I have a load of meds but think it should be done in order. Also got accused of writing a bad review but we didn't really think they should ask b4 accusing someone. This is My opinion which everyone is entitled to.

No complaints, all staff are very friendly, and always there to help!

Very busy today and the queues were long, however I can only praise the staff for working so hard. Thank you so much for helping me and offering me water and a chair when I felt faint from the heat. That small amount of compassion and kindness offered in these hard times demonstrates the best of humanity. Thank you for your hard work and being nice people. 10/10 to all staff and service.

The only pharmacy I've been with but has definitely provided the best service possible. Staff are always friendly and very helpful when giving advice/assistance.

Always met with a smile however busy. Have been so supportive of the community especially during lockdown. E emails answered promptly. Best independent chemist in the neath port Talbot area.

Can only praise Adrian and his staff for their efficiency and knowledge. Its such a friendly atmosphere and they will go out of their way to help you. It's my first choice of pharmacy - if they haven't got your medication in stock or if they don't have enough stock, you can almost guarantee that it'll be ordered and ready to collect the next day.Adrian has also previously brought to light a mistake made by a GP when they issued a prescription for my daughter. I 100% trust the advice given by them and would chose this local pharmacy for its personal approach over the bigger and well known names.

Disappointed that previous reviewer decided to post online and not speak to me personally despite being offered the chance to by a member of my staff who also went to great length to explain reviewers concerns outside the pharmacy. This has been one of several complaints made about our service by the same reviewer and I would urge the reviewer to put their specific complaints in writing where they can be addressed in a more formal response as per NHS protocol as our strict patient confidentiality rules forbid us from getting into detail on this platform. Finally if the reviewer is not happy with the service we provide we can always signpost other pharmacies in the LHB area if required. Regards, Adrian.

Ordered tablets but when called to collect they were not there, given a few to get me by, returned following Monday to find they they were not ordered again, basically told it was my fault, found a better chemist by Morrison and they are open till 10.30
