Having been hit by a delivery van in my street who drove off, my vehicle was required to be repaired by DLG auto services via Direct line car insurers. Direct line arranged this promptly.DLG kept me updated and rang before they arrived. the car was taken away by a recovery vehicle.The car was ready before we expected and again they notified me of the time of arrival . Each time the staff were friendly. We were pleased with the repair and the car had been cleaned inside and out.Very happy with the service from DLG Auto Repairs.

Very impressed. Collected my car the day after the accident and left me with a hire car. Repair was completed a week earlier than anticipated. Car was brought back all shiny and repaired. They took the hire car at the same time.They kept me informed throughout. Very pleased with the ease of everything, made a stressful situation a lot easier to bare.Thank you.

My car was sent here by my insurance company. I was able to select when it went. It was collected and delivered from my home and I was left a courtesy car for the time it was being repaired. I was very satisfied with the standard of the bodywork repaired and the lovely clean state my car was returned in. The staff who spoke to me by phone and collected and returned my car were all friendly, helpful and polite.Thanks to everyone involved with my experience.I cannot fault you in any way.

Excellent service following RTA. Car was collected promptly and, although the work took a little longer than expected due to issues with the camera, the car was returned as soon as the work had been completed. I was updated regularly on the progress of the repairs and I am more than happy with the repair to the car which was also fully valeted inside and out. Would highly recommend this company.

The communication from Andrea was first class, as was the accessor who called me to detail the damage and explain the repairs, as was the calls from the delivery and collection guys. As soon as I had an accident in my car, all I could think about was the stress and hassle coming my way for the next few weeks... I didn't know who/ where my car was going for repair and honestly felt sick about it all. DLG contacted me at 9am the next morning to introduce themselves as my approved repairer, with an ID number and a link to log in to check on what was happening to my vehicle at any time, and the progress made. This feature was brilliant and became really useful for me and allowed me to just go to work for the week and not have to make any more unnecessary phone calls. The car was collected from me and repairs to my vehicle began immediately and were completed in less time than anticipated (just one week) I'm happy and impressed with the repair job and the professionalism of all staff involved in the restoration, from bodyshop to keeping in touch with me. Always friendly and kind, asking how I was after my accident really went down well as did not having to deal with loads of paperwork. These things all contributed to making this so much less upsetting. I'm glad my car went to these guys - It looks amazing and all the stress and hassle I anticipated, didn't happen. As far as accidents go, this one ended up pretty simple to forget about because of them. Extremely grateful and Highly recommended ✔️
