I came in for an oolong bubble tea with tapioca earlier today and I received amazing service by Bilal. I’ve come in 2-3 times prior to this visit but have never received such lovely and helpful service like this. I was a bit unsure on what sugar content to go for as I found it too sweet last time, but Bilal took the time to help me pick the right order and made me feel like it was no trouble at all. The drink was perfect and I will definitely be back again :)

Don't order from here. They will charge you and send you items and state topping out of stock, forcing you to get a refund from uber eats. They dont even make you aware before accepting the order. Will never order or purchase from them again.

I ordered bubble tea (two of the same ones)Both tasted different so we're clearly rushed and not made the same way.Also they missed our tapioca which I paid for in both.Only found out when I got homeDrove half an hour to get this buble tea..never coming here again

Honestly speaking, it wasn’t an enjoyable experience as the bubble teas here lack taste and flavour. I have tried bubble teas in Windsor in the past and that one was delicious . But , the bubble tea we bought from here was too diluted , may be it is the particular bubble teas myself and my family tried (as I haven’t tried their other bubble teas, they have a wide range of options). However , on the positive side, the place is hygienic and customer service is excellent.

Zara was super nice and gave really good customer service. I do think the milk teas are better than fruit teas and would try the ones here 100%

Absolutely disgusting, I ordered mango milk tea and it tasted like coconut, horrible taste, and my drink was lukewarm with no ice...My friend ordered strawberry fruit tea with tapioca and strawberry popping bubbles, they didn't even put tapioca pearls in even though she payed for it....I give it 2/10 normally I enjoy bubble tea but this was an awful experience☹️

The bubble tea is just not nice. The tea itself is quite tasteless and the staff forgot to ask about level of sugar/ice like a typical bubble tea store. The pearls were tough and not enjoyable at all. Wouldn’t recommend.

I bought a mango bubble tea with lychee topping. I did not like the taste of it. The tea flavour is too much and gave a bitter taste to the bubble tea.The lychee topping was too good. May be the staff added too much of tea to the juice.
