What an amazing time my organised group had at DisneylandParis for Magic over Disney event 4 days 3 Nights staying at Disneys Sequoia Lodge traveling with Sharps of Nottingham a BIG THANK YOU to our Coach Driver Jerzy loverly man nothing was to much trouble and he looked after my group with great service from start to finish once again a BIG thank you from all our friends & families in my group to Sharps of Nottingham which i would recommend without a blink of an eye and i will book you again for our group trips to Disneyland Paris. Fantastic customer service received from Russell and Wendy regarding booking a term school ticket to Kings school as the new route commence in September 2022. I would strongly recommend this company. Our son was left with no way to get to school following his current operator bus service withdrawal of 50 percent capacity. Sharpes led the way to give these children away to get to school . Russell was even kind enough to reimburse me with an error I made at my fault . Great service

full week away in Paris last week with Wayne as driver and guide of Paris. had the most fantastic time, so many laughs and a great educational tour of the area. the driver (Wayne) made the trip so so enjoyable and fun as possible. thank you so so much.

The vintage bus for our wedding was immaculate. The driver was brilliant despite issues with venue security, he just smiled and tried to be helful.Our guests loved it, it caused a buzz and lots of photos. Thank You So Much.

Used Sharpe's Coaches many times to travel to away football matches, the coaches are always very well equipped, comfortable, clean and always on time. Thoroughly RECOMMENDED

Made a booking with Sharpes months in advance to hire a vintage bus for our wedding day. Mid-afternoon on the day before the wedding I received a phone call to say the vintage bus was not working due to a mechanical fault. Sharpes had tried to fix the fault but were not able to & so an alternative, modern coach was offered as a replacement. The replacement was clean, comfortable & transported our guests safely & on time, & Sharpes did refund us some money due to the change of vehicle.However, unfortunately given the very poor customer service I received in relation to this matter over the phone and lack of acknowledgement of the issue via email afterwards I am unable to give more than 3 stars for our experience with Sharpes of Nottingham on this occasion. Things go wrong, we understand that, but the way these matters are dealt with could certainly be improved

If your company operates like your drivers drive, then I’d be concerned. Bus UXI476 deliberately blocking two lanes to stop other motorists merging. Clown.
