I would definitely recommend this place to the people who want no hassel, no tension from their cars. They really look after your vehicle. Luke is a very friendly guy. Surely, i will come back to here whenever i need work on my car.

Having had my car repaired here on Monday or Tuesday this week, it then threw a fit on Wednesday night. Thursday lunch time it was towed into Rippingales workshop and diagnosed within an hour. The part that I required was in Bristol with a delivery time of late the following week which was just unacceptable, so the mechanic offered me a courtesy car which I used to drive to Bristol and back in one day with no issue (No charge, no mileage limits etc) and I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process. When the part was delivered by myself to them at around 13:30hr today, I went home in the loan car to rest after my journey... Not 5 minutes after putting my feet up, I get a call telling me that the car is ready for collection.The service, honesty and accommodating nature of the people working in this business makes it a completely pleasant, trouble free experience.If I had any gripes, I'd say that the hourly rate is higher than average, but then, you pay for what you get. I'm not often comfortable letting anyone touch my car, it's worth the extra £5-10 an hour in most cases where I've used this business.

My son recommended to me that I take my car to Rippingale's for its MOT - and he was definitely right. Fantastic service from me making the initial phone call to book an appointment, right through to the MOT itself. Lovely garage and very professional. Highly recommended.

If you want good honest service, this is the place to go. A friend of mine to recommended A J Rippingale. I cannot tell you how thrilled I am to find a good, honest, car garage! For once I am actually looking forward to taking the car in for the rest of the works it needs. It's such peace of mine for me knowing I won't get ripped off.
