One of the best breakers' yards in the North West! I scrapped my dad's yellow transit van with these guys, and the lady on the phone was professional and very polite. She helped so much and kept me updated all along the way of the process. Also, thanks to John, who also kept me updated. When he came and collected the van, he was professional, polite, and a great person to talk to. I will definitely be using them in the future. My ford focus had developed a terminal engine fault and i bought a new car and as i had transferred my insurance i needed to get rud as quickly as possible, I had been let down twice by another company ,but not only did Baxenden give me a good price they were great with communication and the online method of payment and identity verification make it the easiest dealing I've ever had when scrapping a car, thanks to all the team from Chris who collected the car to the lovely reception lady who was very helpful in getting the car collected and gave me a courtesy call to ensure the payment details were right and the payment was not delayed ....the payment was in full a short while after the car was collected.....definitely recommend the company.

Rang the team at Baxenden. The young lady on the phone was really helpful, making sure the part I required was in stock. It hadn't been removed from the vehicle, but that was not a problem as I was going to collect the part shortly. On arrival in the yard, a guy greeted me and directed me to the office where my part was waiting for me. Fantastic service. Thank you.

Had my car collected today to be scrapped. Offered a good price & the collection was sorted in less than 2 mins by Chris, really easy to deal with and hassle free. Money was in my account in the space of 2 hours. Will definitely be giving them a call again should I ever need another car scrapped

Ordered my part online, an inner door handle for a range rover sport, it arrived very well wrapped and secure, fitted it the following day , great service will definitely use in future.
