Used this company before as they’re local to me. However today was the last time I’ll set foot in there. Was waiting in reception whilst the man behind the counter was on the phone for 10-15 minutes. Another phone started ringing just before his call had ended. Without saying anything to me he takes the other call, completely ignoring me whilst I was standing there patiently. I was not acknowledged at all. It wouldn’t take much to say to the person on the other end of the phone ‘excuse me for a second I have a customer in front of me, can I call you back’, or to say to me ‘sorry for the wait, I’m on an important call, I’ll be with you shortly’. No acknowledgment at all, not even eye contact, or a nod.

Thank you to your driver last night on the A446 - reg WT70 BND - came straight into my lane causing me to brake sharply and sound my horn - he then decides to slam his brakes on in front of me so I move out of his way into the left lane where he had come from where he pretends to try and side swipe me. I have the dash cam video and will be sending it to North Warwickshire Police for viewing.

Popped in here with a nail in my tyre/ slow puncture first thing this morning. The chaps were fantastic, sorted it straight away and was able to get back to take my wife to work. Brilliant service and very good value. Would highly recommend. Many thanks.

Had a couple of tyres fitted at a reasonable price although found the fitting itself a tad slow to what I've experienced at other companies.

I popped in at 4pm to ask about an urgent puncture repair, fully expecting to be told to come back the following day. The lads couldn't have been more helpful. The wheel was whipped off and repair done in minutes for £15.Thanks for keeping me on the road!
