Had a ice cream from candy nation stand at the merry hill very nice ice cream and the lady was really lovely who served me my little one also had some sweets and the lady was really good telling her about the different selections they had keep up the good work

Visited Candy Nation uk at Merryhill - was served by Kayleigh who was absolutely fantastic. She’s sweet like her Candy’s - always smiling ☺️

Absolutely disgusted by the member of staff who grabbed my 3 year olds wrist and snatched the lolly she was holding out of her hand, we was walking around the one way as it was busy and her dad had gone the other way to pay for the lolly. When I told the member of staff her dad was round the other side trying to pay for this (he had his wallet out) and she could clearly see this she just shrugged her shoulders and said oh! No apology for snatching the lolly out of my daughters hand. Told her to keep the lolly and will never purchase there! My daughter is taught not to snatch things out of people’s hands and I think she needs a lesson!

On Monday I witnessed a very rude customer verbally attacking and insulting a member of your staff. I have to say I was very impressed with the way she handled the situation, she was polite and professional with her responses.The comments made to the staff member were of a personal nature and were in no way called for .Well done to your staff member  who dealt the situation perfectly.  A credit to your store .

Visited Candy Nation UK @ Merry Hill. Service was appalling. The owner was FAR too engrossed in her mobile phone conversation. The 3 scoops of ice cream cost £5.20 and tasted disgusting-obviously refrozen and powdery. The candies cost £3.95 and was less than 4oz of sweets. Avoid at peril you WILL be ripped off. NEVER AGAIN
