Had an iPhone X screen replaced here as the screen kept turning black and I kept having to factory reset the phone. The guy in shop said a new screen will fix the sensor problem. Got the phone back after paying around £120, seemed to work fine but after a few weeks the same problem was occuring plus the screen was slightly loose in one corner. Being a mum of 4 and work full time I didn’t have time to go back straight away with the issues and in the end the screen fell out of the phone. I then went back with my receipt and warranty which is still valid and explained everything to a different man from who fixed my phone who told me that I wouldn’t of needed a screen if I had sensor problems and that he won’t help me as he thinks I dropped it but I can pay another £120 for them to fix it again (even though it wasn’t fixed in the first place). Robbing b*****ds. Never again will I use this place and advice everyone to avoid.

iPhone XR screen replacement, quoted £80 on phone then charged £160 being told prices change on a daily basis. Had to pay as not local and needed urgently! COMPLETE RIP-OFF!!!!!

Untrustworthy. Sold a phone worth £60 at best for £150 to my almost 90 year old godmother. She went in for phone credit and came out with a smart phone she couldn’t use and cheap cover worth £5 sold for £20 as well as. When we questioned them apparently they can’t even do phone credit. They explained to her that her perfectly serviceable phone was no longer any good and she needed a new one. When asked to refund her as this was totally miss-sold to her they refused and said they would buy it back but it was only worth £10 and that they would be generous and give her £30!!! She has lost money in credit due to not understanding how a smart phone works. She has had sleepless nights and been incredibly stressed. They should be ashamed for running their business in this manner. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Great service from Bilal! Efficient, fast and friendly. Removed the sim holder that was completely stuck. Would recommend 100%.

shattered my phone and went here to get it fixed. excellent service. the waiting time to get it fixed was super quick and considering the damaged done to my phone, they did a fabulous job at repairing it! would go again

Evening,My phone call today are not being picked up, so I would like to ask you to get back to me. I was told today by my mother who has bought from your shop before, purchased a charger that cost her 60 quid recommended by you or your staff cause is and i quote fast charger " without given a receipt at around lunch time today. (Picture below)I'm a phone technician with several years of repairs and sale experience as well

Had a great experience. They were able to do the repairs at a reasonable cost. extremely knowledgeable, super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
