Have used DSM twice now, both times they have arrived when they said they would and today they really surpassed my expectations.Engineer arrived at agreed time this morning, inspected alarm and told me I needed a new battery, explaining the reasons behind this. I was advised the battery would be ordered and that the office would be touch. Knock on the door this afternoon and same engineer came to fit new battery! Wow … so impressed at turnaround, well done!

David and his team completed a highly complex and tricky job installing cctv and sensor lights for a historic church in the Edinburgh World Heritage Site on time, on budget, with speed and efficiency. They showed exceptional sensitivity to the architecture. They were consistently friendly, helpful and upbeat. They went the extra mile, and their price was very competitive.

Absolutely fantastic service from David and his team. I had a break in to my property and needed the CCTV downloaded for the police. David sent the guys along and they transferred the footage onto a USB stick.This was so clear and although they had masks on the police were impressed with the images. Top marks to David and how helpful they have all been. Thanks again.

Had a new alarm system fitted by David & Trisha the service and job was first class and all mess was cleaned when the job was complete. I would highly recommend this company for any security job needed a round your house. It was a pleasure to deal with David and he showed me how to work the alarm and it is very easy to work. Highly recommend Dsm security !Replaced and old hardwired alarm system to a new wireless alarm system with app control. From the first call with Justine in the office to the two young engineers it was all handled smoothly and neat and tidy tradesman. We are delighted with our new system.

Davie and Trish installed four 4k CCTV cameras on my house and I couldn't be happier. Their eye for detail and keeping things neat and tidy was exceptional, it really does make a big difference. Had my alarm installed today by David. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very competent doing his work. He explained what he could do for me & what was most effective.
