Booked in two jobs, came to the office as I run an estate agent business, decided not to do the job because the gentleman has had bad experience with other agents and didn't want to work with us.Why you would treat another business like this because of bad experiences that has nothing to do with us surprises me!

Called out to give a quote, attended the same day. Very reasonable price. Hinges and small glass pane changed on 2 old double glazed windows. Fixed a week after quote given. Quick, efficient, friendly and good work completed. Would highly recommend.

Vaughan was very prompt, professional and timely in his work. From the outset of getting a quote (which was very competitive) to communicating what was happening when was top drawer.He did a great job in replacing a shattered double glazed window with a wooden frame, was very tidy and efficient in his work.Having moved to the area, I would highly recommend!
