Maison des Ongles

I've visited Maison des Ongles a few times, and they never disappoint! The staff are really friendly and professional, and the salon looks beautiful and is always clean. I've had both acrylic and BIAB nails here, and they always last a long time without any lifting. I recently had BIAB nails with a simple design, they look amazing and I've received so many compliments! I showed the nail tech an inspiration picture that I saw online - and she actually did my nails better than the design that was in the picture! I would definitely recommend Maison des Ongles :)

Just leaving the salon now. I was taken 25 min late because my nail artist didn't realise I was her client. She then cut my nails too short 2 weeks before my wedding despite asking her to keep the same length but shorten 2 nails that were a bit longer than others. Any sensed nail artist would understand what this means but mine was terrible and went ahead to shorten my nails. I left before the end of my manucure. Would not recommend this nail artist at all and hence not sure I can recommend a salon that hires someone so incompetent.

Hands down one of the best nail salons i’ve ever been to. Any time I go the staff are so sweet and inviting, they never fail to offer you a tea or coffee on arrival and they really go above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable, such as having conversations with you while you get your nails done and being so gentle and precise while they work. I’ve tried and tested a lot of nail salons before but I can safely say the quality of the treatment and the nail set I was given at Maison Des Ongles was unbeatable!The nails came out stunning!!!! Will 100% be going back for my future sets

I make it a point of leaving reviews when I can as they help me decide when to use a business - or not! I don't even live in the area but I remember seeing this new salon that looked so nice, so I popped in and I was so impressed, I now book all my appointment's here and I wont let anyone else touch my nails!The staff are courteous and extremely professional. All treatments I have had (nail and beauty) have been finished to excellent standards by all technicians and the customer service has always been exceptional. The decor is beautiful. They really have gone to such great lengths to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere and I do enjoy my appointments here. I have brought my daughter recently for the first time and she was so happy she wants to come every week! I have also booked appointments for friends and family for birthdays and special occasions and they have enjoyed the same experiences I have.I have been negligent in not leaving this review sooner but thank you for going over and above for your clients and making us feel special. I literally drive past other salons to get to you and I wouldnt change that! See you soon:)

I had a negative experience with this salon. Booked an appointment for a shellac removal instead of a sns removal on accident (confusing booking options) I arrived on time for the appointment with my 4 month old baby and was turned away because it would’ve taken 5 min more than the appointment I had booked. I was excited to try this salon as I live right down the street but it was not a nice experience. It’s hard enough to get out of the house as a new mom so to be turned away from an apt booked incorrectly on accident was disappointing.

A disappointing experience, especially for a gbp 50+ “luxury” manicure. The finish is lumpy, and my nail chipped on day 4. For the paraffin treatment I was given feet gloves because they didn’t have any for hands - though this is minor compared to the total disappointment of the final result.

I’ve just moved to the area and this place was highly recommended to me as the local nail salon. I was not disappointed! My manicure/pedicure was completed to perfection, my technician was extremely professional and the customer service was exceptional from when I walked in to the moment I left. I always use Ashka as she is excellent at her job. Very professional but also a really sweet, kind lady. I enjoy coming to the salon and getting treated and spoilt, and I value her opinions. I get my toes and finger nails done regularly now as Ashka is helping me keep my nails in good shape and stops me biting my nails. Love it.

The best gel manicure I’ve had, such a nice environment staff very friendly salon very clean definitely was a quality manicure. Would defo go back as they were very accommodating and caring for me during my treatment. :)
