I took my Modus for its MOT Tuesday and collected it today following repairs needed. They were very professional and honest about time frames and kept me informed throughout. Will definitely make them my first port of call for any help in future!

I took my car into National Tyres and Autocare to have a new tyre fitted.I was told it would take half an hour and that I would be phoned to confirm when the work was done.45 minutes later, I had not heard anything so walked back into the garage.My car was still in the workshop, minus the tyre which needed replacing.The staff member who came into reception was unfriendly and ignored me until my car was ready. There was no acknowledgement or apology for the unnecessary delay.I then paid for the work and then left.

I called in less than an hour they offered to do my tyre and had it changed ready for me to continue because i couldn’t drive it legally, great prices, great service, affordable too.

Made a booking for a brake check, arrived early on a Saturday for my appointment only to be told the had no record of my booking. I had the confirmation in my hand. The staff were pretty confused and not helpful at all.

Was passing through Salisbury yesterday and had a puncture on my bmw. I asked could they repair the tyre. The assistant very rudely said you can’t repair run flats. Fair enough I thought but they could’ve said it nicer. I drove a bit further and found a much more friendly tyre shop who did repair it for me. Won’t be visiting these guys again.

I had some work done on my car today. Kevin was very helpful and updated me all the time. Mark D did an excellent job even tho he had a little trouble. I find all the staff very kind and helpful and will come to them all the time. I highly recommend national Tyres in salisbury they always do a great job and do anything to help keep the cost down.

By far the best tyre fitting service in Salisbury. The guys are all so honest, conscientious and polite. Particularly being a woman without much knowledge of cars, they made me feel at ease and well looked after. In fact it was such a great service, fitting me in on same day, that I've since been back with my daughter's car and again their service was outstanding, efficient and well explained. Would 100% recommend.

These guys are great. My van basically broke down in the morning. After ringing round 10+ places, who none seemed interested in helping, these guys told me to bring it straight in. They had the parts in by the end of the day, and the van was ready to pick up mid morning the next day. Would highly recommend.
