Visited this pub tonight, very disappointed. Ordered food and waited over an hour for this to arrive. On arrival, some food was cold in which we were told that ‘it’s tapas so it should be cold?!’ Then some of the meals were ordered with no sauce etc, however 3 meals had to be sent back to the kitchen to be re made as they were wrong. Wouldn’t mind that the meals were not correct as mistakes do happen, however the attitude of the staff was absolutely awful! Me and my family are never the type to complain as we understand that mistakes can happen etc, however we will not be coming back again.

Dropped into this friendly little pub and was upset to be the driver that day as a good selection of beers (including a favourite of mine NOG) were on sale, however the coffee I had and the drinks of my friends were well, and quickly served. The general atmosphere in the place was pleasant and the surroundings were comfortable. Our only minor complaint was that the ladies toilet on that day was quite a distance from the bar and meant crossing an outdoor courtyard on a cold and rainy day.

Great pub in the centre of Cromer. Large beer garden which is enclosed (surrounded by buildings). Good selection of drinks. Decent prices too. Didn't eat or stay here. We popped in several times for a few beers and to see the football.

Stayed here on a business trip and was so surprised. The rooms were so nice very clean and spacious. The staff couldn't do enough for you and we're very helpful and friendly. Literally a 10 second walk to the seafront. Only down side was quite a few stairs to get to room if carrying alot of luggage

Ordered food which took an hour to come for two people, two groups of six people cancelled there food as it would be an hour and a half to arrive and it wasn't really busy. We had ham,egg and chips it was ok but to much mayo etc in the bowl,a bit overwhelming

Nice atmosphere at lunch time. A good selection of beers well kept. Very good an efficient staff. What's not to like.

Disappointed to learn that they'd sent home the chef and weren't doing food due to lack of custom, as were the people alongside us. Had tried to book but they don't take bookings, was told to come in at 5.30pm, so did so.Hoped for a great meal in a dog friendly place. Let down.

Of my word. The food was extraordinarily good. Even ham egg and chips is like nothing I have seen elsewhere. they have taken tapas to a new level

Nice old pub near the busy sea front. The front bar is airy plus has an open fireplace. Some sad old man patrons, and nice dogs also in attendance -- bit of a mixed crowd!
