I recently paid £110 for a voucher for my daughter to have a cut and colour as a treat after having a baby. Plus she had paid £20 cancellation charge for cancelling her original appointment due to a heavy cold.I cannot express how disappointed I was when I saw her. She asked for volume and it was flatter than a pancake. She asked for loose curls and had ringlets done with a straighter - very lazy. She was told the colour was ombré and it certainly was not - just dark at the roots. Salon very busy and her time there felt rushed. Overall a very disappointing experience made worse by the ring of dye left around her face - very unprofessional.

Personally get my hair done by Courtney, best at what she does, very welcoming, listens to exactly what you need always making sure your comfortable. I love going there, the whole team is great

Scott was very warm and welcoming and knew exactly what he was doing. I did me a great restyle which I've had lots of compliments on. It was quick and inexpensive. I live in Earlsdon so it's good to find a local hairdresser I want to go back to, while also supporting a local business.

I started going to reflections after my daughter recommended going, I can't rate the salon enough if I could give 10 stars i would. Scott is so nice and gives the best cut I've ever had so I would definitely recommend it Not too pricey and nice clean salon and always fits me in even at short notice .

Have been going here since it opened, wow what a journey Scott has had - he’s so busy but always greets with a smile, and a good atmosphere. The man is a genius with colour - I’ve had long, in between and cropped! Every time I go it’s completely different cut or colour. He does his utmost to get you booked in and although sometimes runs late - that’s the name of the game and to be expected as in every other hair salon I’ve ever been to!! Would highly recommend all the staff and This salon x

Scott gave a great service, offering tea or coffee straight away and making me feel right at home on my first time to the salon. He was effortlessly conversational and friendly, and my haircut was great, you could tell he really cares about every individual and their hair. For the first time in a long time I'm looking forward to coming back to a salon.

This place is by far the best. Scott is fantastic at what he does and all the staff are extremly friendly and welcoming i would recommend anyone to visit whether its a cut or blow dry, a new style or even having it dyed 100% the best place to go. The salon is amazing its clean amazing products and overall the best staff you feel like your at home i wouldnt go else where thank you scott and everyone

Finding a hairdresser who deals with psoriasis and is happy to do my hair is/was so hard! Let alone finding one who's amazing at their job! Scott is a lovely, he will listen and create your vision.
