I would highly recommend this company. After having a new bath installed, I frustratingly knocked a glass jug off the edge, causing a chip in the base of the bath. I sent an email enquiry to Prestige, with a photo of the damage, and I received a response within 5 minutes. All email correspondence was answered quickly and a technician was arranged within 24 hours. The technician was friendly, professional and highly skilled. The chip is nowhere to be seen, it’s truly like the damage never happened. The technician talked me through what he did to repair the chip, and was very happy to answer any questions I had. He left the room as he found it, with no mess at all. I’m so pleased with the outcome and will certainly be recommending this service to friends and family in the future.

We had a bubble which subsequently cracked in our shower tray making our shower unuseable. We e mailed Prestige as one of three companies to obtain quotes, detailing the problem and accompanying it with photos. Eddie was by far the most efficient, coming back promptly with full details of what procedures were involved to mend it, confirming a price, how long it would take, mentioning it would be under a 1 year warranty (subject to certain conditions) and acknowledging they would be able to schedule the work almost immediately if we were interested. It's always difficult knowing who to choose when you don't know the companies involved however we decided to go with Prestige due to the reviews on Google. We scheduled a time, they turned up promptly, were very polite and courteous and completed the task within the 1-2 hours timescale they quoted. The repair was amazing as you will see from the photos attached and you cannot see that there was any defect at all. Subsequently we were more than happy to post a review as we couldn't fault the service given.
