Very poor service. I took a moped there and it failed on various items. One being the headlight beam. I repaired everything and fitted another complete light. Took back and failed on headlight again. That's 3 lights now. Took to another place and they done a full MOT. The light passed with flying colours. I contacted them via email and they even blamed me for being on the phone to them for 8 minutes trying to organise a retest. For £30 they just can't be bothered. They even put the speedo as 17000 miles. It clearly states on the clock it is kms. They said it was my responsibility to tell them. Terrible customer relations.

Always simple and straightforward going there. MOT'ed my Suzuki for last three years. Recommended for Two wheels, or Four.

I booked and pre-paid for a motorcycle MOT in advance, however, when I tried to call to re-arrange on the morning of the MOT due to bad weather, I was told that I would lose my payment. An upgraded red weather warning (damage to property/danger to life) was issued on the morning of the MOT and active for the allotted time of my MOT (Storm Eunice 18/02/22). Clearly if we were just talking about rain then the approach is understandable, but not 60mph - 80mph winds !During the conversation on the phone, I was told it's not too windy at the moment" which was several hours before the storm was due to peak (which which would unfortunately coincide with my MOT slot). It's disappointing that a company that makes such a big deal on the importance of safety on their Facebook page

They fixed my car very fast, very affordable and the staff were friendly and approachable.Would recommend every time

Great service. I know nothing about cars which can be a disadvantage. I trust the folk here - they did mot repairs at a very reasonable price.

Have now used this garage twice for MOT and full service on my van. Very pleased with pricing and work done. Will continue to use

Very genuine guy’s brought a second hand car from them even though it was sold as seen had a couple of issues and they were happy to look at it and try and fix it at no extra cost to me not often you find a garage that genuinely looks after there customers to keep there reputation intact would recommend them and use them in future for any repairs as they seem totally genuine

I have been using Repton MOT for the last 5 years, I have always found them to be polite and professional, I even got a cup of tea, while I waiting for the MOT on our motorhome, which was a nice bonus! Unfortunately, it failed but at least it was tested properly!

Took my Suzuki sv650s for MoT last April, it passed with two advisories, drive chain bit slack and rear brake pads. The guy took my alarm off for a good price, damn thing kept draining my battery. Overall all experience, I was well pleased, nice staff. I will be going back again this April 2018. Totally recommend ☆☆☆☆☆.
