We hired the 45ft assault course & large bouncy castle for our school summer fair. Due to the late booking the website was saying no availability, I spoke to Jamie who re-worked things so that they could help....Set up was on time, quick and extremely painless, as was the collection.Staff were very friendly and professional from the initial contact all the way through the process, and pricing was very competitive!We will definately use this company again for future fairs/events and will be sure to recommend to our school community! Thank you!

We held a joint party for our 2 sons (6 and 8 years old) on Bank Holiday Monday. Karis and his colleague were very courteous and efficient when they arrived and ensured that the bouncy castle was to everyone’s satisfaction (it was held in our communal garden). At the end of the party they arrived and promptly dismantled whilst we were tidying up. To say we were impressed is an understatement.

Jamie was so helpful and patient in arranging the perfect bouncy castle for my daughter’s birthday. Great communication, good value and his two colleagues assembled it and removed it really quickly. A fantastic experience. Thank you.

Fantastic company! The equipment was in great condition, after the guys set up we had a technical problem with the electrics ( not their fault just an issies with mains supply at our venue), the guys came straight back and didn't leave until everything was sorted out! Super friendly and the equipment was a great bonus for the kids! Would 100% use this company again

Playdays Parties has supported London’s Air Ambulance Charity a couple of times now and has never failed to deliver incredible service and safety.Jamie and his team were very easy to work with and met our needs. Great communication throughout. They took the worry and stress out of the day so that we could relax and enjoy the event, knowing that everyone was in safe and reliable hands.The bouncy castles have always been exceptional and well set up, and everyone raved about the ice-cream van.Thank you for continuing to support London’s Air Ambulance.

We hired the Baby Shark package at very late notice 5 days before our son's birthday. Jamie and his team were nothing but brilliant - professional, tidy, polite, and so very accommodating. We had miscommunicated between myself and my wife and so had not confirmed with our original supplier. Thank goodness a friend had used Playdays Parties twice before and told us to contact them, when the original supplier cancelled. Was so easy and a great service, and all at very late notice. We had a brilliant party and our son and his friends really enjoyed the inflatable entertainment - definitely a 5 star booking!

Really really impressed. On time, helpful, good value. One of the guys even fixed a tripped fuse in the hall we were using! Kids loved the bouncy castle and soft play.

We booked a unicorn slide bouncy castle for my daughter's 9th birthday party. Jamie answered any questions by email promptly. The delivery and collection went smoothly. The kids had a great time. I was really pleased with the service.
