DisgustingI had an enquiry with an enquiry someone called Kelly answered it and all I can say is that if that's the way they speak to people over phone I dread to think what they would do to residents.Kelly was highly volatile and rude and should not be working with the public.I will be taking this matter up with management and will make sure that the relevant authorities are informed.

The worst care home if it was my place I would never send anyone there the place is disgusting and the management and owners lie through everything take my advice whoever reads this they think they can get away with everything don't give them the satisfaction.

It's a good home for the more able dementia patients but not for those with advanced dementia! Not enough staff!

My step dad was in for a couple of months recently, my mother was made to feel very unwelcome for wanting to sit for a few hours with her husband and all his belongings were lost including his dentures which have cost us £400 to replace, shortage of staff is a serious problem and the food is terrible.
