I would like to recomment. Good service& on time. But Please Advise customers that the email may go to the trash. which could not be found

Their help desk is not responding to my chats, and this is the only way to contact them....

Lovely staff but false advertising and poor booths to do the test. Get ready to do it yourself (rather than done by a professional as sold) and not even get a tissue afterwards!

Very nice! I used a Day 2 test (Next Day Turnaround) as an international arrival. I got a little bit worried since it was shortly before Christmas, but everything turned out well in the end!I received my booking reference number for the PLF right after my registration. I got tested at 1:45 pm and I got my result at 7:20 pm the next day.Staff was friendly and the room's layout was safely designed.Before getting my results, I got updates via email for when the test kit has arrived at the lab and when it was about to get tested.Some minor issues were its location - it's a little bit hard to reach from Edinburgh Airport - and that the actual test is a self-swap and not done by professionals, but nothing too critical. Price was also right!EDIT: and they actually mean it when their mails say that you should not come any minute sooner or later. I arrived one hour earlier and was only allowed to do the test by the appointed time.
