I have been a client of Eastleigh Sports Massage Therapy for a number of years. I initially went to seek relief from constantly recurring shoulder and neck problems which Katherine sorted over a course of sessions backed up with stretching exercises for me to do at home. Treatment is excellent and good value. This means I can see Katherine regularly to counteract the effects of commuting and working at a desk all day, to stop any niggles developing into longer term problems. Parking is good, right next to it.

It is in a house with zero parking. Tried to book and the person was all jittery. Asked for my cell number and I told them I had to check the phone since I'm from the USA. So I out of kindness said I would call back in a few minutes and they refused to pick up. This is not a legitimate business in my opinion.

I have been seeing Catherine for a good 8 years now. Initially I sought her help to treat an ITB injury that I picked up whilst training for the Berlin marathon. She diagnosed the problem and underlying cause, designed a course of treatment to suit my particular circumstances. The injury was successfully treated and I managed to run the race as planned. She also helped me sort out a very painful achilles a couple of years later. Very knowledgeable, kind, accommodating, competitively priced and ultimately effective in treating my running injuries. You cannot ask for more.

I now see her for regular monthly treatments to keep everything in check.She is a very kind, approachable woman who will do all she can to help you. After an operation a few years ago she led my rehab as there was very little from the NHS other than physiotherapy. Happy to report that no side affects since.
