Having purchased a property through Anthony Martin overall we were pleased with the service we received from them. Sometimes it would take longer than we had hoped for someone to come back to us, but I know this can be down to the seller. I think expectations should be clearly set when taking on properties that receiving a timely response from their clients is an expectation of their business. It also feels pointless asking the seller to ensure the house is left clean, tidy and empty as there doesn’t seem to be any measures in place to ensure this happens.

We received absolutely disgusting service from this Estate Agents on the day we bought our house. We were lied to about the time the keys we're being dropped off and was told the gentleman who had our keys wasn't in the office even though we could hear other members of staff shouting across the office to him. No apology when he finally turned up an hour and a half after our purchase had been confirmed .Stay well clear of these unprofessional people.
