Kasablanca Lounge

I have been going to this lounge since it has opened.Shisha is just the way i like it.Staff and owners are friendly making you feel so relaxed.Saturday nights live dj is the best.One of the best lounges in town go cheack them out.

Lovely place! Shisha was yummy and reasonably priced, the was very nice and they have some board games too which was awesome. My partner and I were the only people there so it was nice and quiet and we just had our own corner to drink tea, smoke & play chess. Very calm atmosphere which we prefer so had a wonderful time there!

Excellent lounge the atmosphere here is amazing would recommend 110%. The shisha flavours are real and they last and taste nice i would recommend over any other lounge. Its got a pure relaxing vibe here theres an excellent location here.

This is one of my favourite place as i go in regularly.I enjoy the atmosphere and the workers are very polite and friendly also have a nice burger place were you can order from sheesha lounge and comes straight to you. Reasonable price aswell

I didn’t have a good experience at all. First we arrived at their opening times but they were closed. They opened an hour later and when we went inside were told that there was limited seating due to refurbishing. We ordered our shisha and it tasted like nothing so asked for it to be a bit stronger but it still tasted like nothing. We were offered another flavour and chose something stronger but still tasted like nothing. We left after 15 minutes. Wasn’t worth the £15Edit: A while after posting this review I was rung by a staff member from kasablanca. They had my number as I had called to ask if they were open. In this phone call I was asked why I left a bad review and that they tried their hardest to accommodate. I find it very rude to be told that I was wrong for writing this review. It’s also very unprofessional to call me like that

If you planning to go here or even hire it out I would definitely recommend you to AVOID! This place is disgusting I wouldn’t even let my dogs in here! The place is filthy the toilets don’t work the taps in da basin are hanging off, how can this place be allowed to trade?? Even covid WOULD AVOID this place!!

Went there on a quiet Wednesday with my friend. The guy took such good care of us bless his heart. He modified our drink when it was too sweet & our shisha. He didn’t seemed annoyed by our request and did his best to accommodate us. He even gave us the remote control for the music since we was the only ppl there. We will be visiting again <3

Went for a Sunday night Jamaican style event. First time visiting here. The vibes was nice, music was phenomenal (if you're caribbean, think passa passa). Entrance was way too slippery, especially for the ladies; Something should definitely be done.Venue is huge. Would like to revisit on a normal day to see what the place is like.

Worst place ever in terms of hygiene, no wonder why the lights are never on, everything has stains on it.Dirty bathrooms with not enough supplies.Place was freezing cold, floor slippery almost fell a couple of times.Falsely advertised availability of food and drinks.Zero professionalism. Staff were rude.Definitely wouldn't recommend.
